Service & account
Hojreto provides tools to create shops, place orders and review receipts. Users must provide accurate information and protect their accounts. Shop owners are responsible for their products, stock, payment details and team access.
Prices, purchases & seller terms
Prices are in Iranian toman. The full price and the shop purchase, delivery and return terms are shown before placing an order. Their version is recorded with the order. Later shop policy changes do not replace terms accepted for an earlier order.
Transfers, receipts & refunds
Customers transfer to the displayed seller account. The seller must verify the actual bank transfer; a receipt image alone is insufficient. Hojreto does not receive or automatically transfer order funds in this flow. Recording a refund records a transfer already made by the seller. Contact the seller for order disputes and platform support for service issues.
Plans & limits
Free supports up to 3 products, 10 stored product photos and 20 MB of files. Pro supports up to 50 products, 200 stored product photos and 300 MB. Each product supports at most 5 photos. Archived products still consume photo and file allowance. Expiry preserves data while public visibility returns to Free limits. There is no auto-renewal; subscription price and duration are shown before payment.
Digital files & Telegram
On the web, purchased files are available after payment confirmation. Digital checkout in Telegram and native apps is unavailable until the supported billing method is enabled for that environment. Sign-in or bot connection does not enable digital billing.
Acceptable use & contact
Do not publish content you have no right to use, forge receipts, access other accounts or bypass limits. Contact the Hojreto team through support for account or data issues.
