Support & data requestsInformation we store
We store display names, account identifiers and linked sign-in methods, shop and team data, carts and orders, delivery addresses and payment receipts to operate the service. Saving an address for later purchases is optional; an order retains its required delivery address.
Who can access the information
Receipts and sold files are private. The customer and authorized members of the relevant shop can access necessary order data. Platform roles alone do not grant access to private seller orders. Support messages are available to authorized platform support staff.
Telegram & sign-in methods
Telegram sign-in identifies the account. Bot notifications are connected separately. When connected, necessary order information and receipt images for authorized reviewers are sent to private bot chats. Disconnecting notifications does not remove Telegram sign-in identity. Configured SMS or email providers receive the destination and message required for delivery.
Retention & deletion
Account and shop information is retained while the service is in use or until a deletion request. Open-order receipts are kept for review and disputes; finalized-order receipt files are subject to periodic cleanup. Account deletion retains necessary financial records with personal details removed, and open orders must be resolved first. Use support to request data review or deletion.
Session & browser
Session cookies support sign-in and access control. Your browser can cache interface assets to load the site faster. Support never needs bank passwords or security codes.
